Bethany Christian Preschool partners with parents to nurture and develop the young child as a whole, emphasizing Christ in every phase of life.
First and foremost, we help the children realize that Jesus Christ can be part of every phase of their life. Children will be encouraged to grow at their own development spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, creatively and academically. Each staff member helps create a loving, safe and nurturing atmosphere. All of the staff has a testimony of a conversion experience and feel God calls them to Christian education.
Bethany Christian Preschool strives to impart a positive biblical influence in the hearts and minds of our children. We have chapel twice a week, with our Bible curriculum being incorporated into the classes daily. The children are given a direct, Godly, personal and loving environment to allow them to be all that God intends them to be.
Our Motor Development class meets twice a week. The activities planned are to enhance the children's large motor skills.
Our curriculum, "Fundamentals for Growing Children," is used in all our preschool classes. Through the use of easy to play group games, children learn the basics of self-esteem, shapes, colors, the sounds of all the letters of the alphabet. There is a story, a motion and a song for each letter. This helps the children better retain the information they are learning. They learn to count. Some children will be able to count as high as one hundred. Our vision for the preschoolers is excellence in every area of their preschool experience. We want the children challenged to reach their full potential and to grow in their self-esteem.

It is such a blessing and privilege to be involved in your preschooler's life. I invite you to stay current with classroom activities by visiting your child's preschool class website often. Please feel free to contact your child's teacher or myself with any questions you have. I am also including a brief bio for each teacher and assistant to help prospective parents make an informed decision about enrolling their child in our preschool.
God has been gracious to all of us here at Bethany. I love being here. Each year brings new families and children to our school. What wonderful blessings they bring to us.
We made an excellent decision to go through the accreditation process. Being accredited definitely shows our school to be one of excellence.
This year will be the best yet here at Bethany Christian Preschool.
