PTF – Parent Teacher Fellowship
The BCS Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is comprised of every parent, teacher, and staff member of Bethany Christian School and plays a central role in the development and growth of the BCS community. The BCS-PTF joins parents with educators who value Christian education, to promote a solid academic program for our students in combination with providing for the foundation of Christian faith and character. Through the sponsorship of fellowship and fundraising activities, the BCS-PTF connects families and works to raise the funds necessary to provide the best in Christ-centered education for our students.
The BCS-PTF has been instrumental in providing the school with up-to-date computer lab and classroom technology, school vans, building remodels, and the highest quality playground structures and preschool equipment. We also support our staff members through the annual Christmas Love Offering and show our appreciation during Teacher Appreciation Week. In keeping with our commitment to BCS families, a portion of all fundraising dollars is donated each year to the Bethany Christian School Benevolent Fund.
It is the active and enthusiastic involvement and support of the PTF fellowship and fundraising activities that ultimately goes towards the building of a healthy and vibrant community of parents and teachers, out of which flows an educational environment in which our children can thrive—intellectually, socially, and spiritually.
