Look through our Preschool Readiness Requirements

Please look through our Preschool Readiness Requirements to see if your child is ready to begin preschool in their age category.

Bring your child in for a "meet and greet" We ask every prospective preschooler to come in for a classroom visit of about 30 minutes. This is helpful for you as parents to observe your child in the classroom and for us as a school to get to know your child better.

Complete the online application We are currently accepting applications for all of our preschool classes. You can begin your application here:

Review We will review your application and let you know if you are missing any documents. Once the application is complete, we will send you an admissions decision.  Our aim is to let you know within 1-2 weeks.  If you have not heard from us by that time, please contact us at wveas@bcslions.org.

Enrollment in FACTS, our School Information System Once your student is accepted you must enroll him or her in FACTS, our school information system. This is where you will upload your child's immunization records and birth certificate, set up your tuition payment plan, pay your enrollment fee, provide contact information regarding pick ups and correspondence and give us information about your child's doctor and allergies. One you have completed the packet you will receive a confirmation email.

Bring in completed CA preschool forms Miss Wendy will give you a packet of paper forms that the state of CA requires for all preschoolers. Once you bring in those completed forms we will set your child's start date!
